When I hear traditional Christian leaders converse about marijuana, it becomes very frank and clear that they have never tried the substance and that they have also probably received their information from second-hand accounts from dopey kids who overindulge (which is a sin, in my opinion, as getting too high is drunkenness)

I quit smoking a few months ago after years of habitual use. Now that I am sober-minded, I have serious curiosities as to how light or nonhabitual use can actually be appropriated for worship or study. At the end of the day, it is one of the things God produced. And like sugars that activate or sweet reaction, what's contained in it activates something within us too.
